October 6 - October 15
Austin is well known for its live music scene. Since the inaugural ACL in 2002, everything from the number of bands and attendees to the duration of the festival has increased. The 2023 festival takes place October 6 – 8 and October 13 – 15.
In the past, festival-goers enjoyed big names in the business including Foo Fighters, Drake, and the Weekend as well as local Austin musicians. Every year the festival counts 130 acts in total.
