Las Vegas wants more gay tourists, even if the state of Nevada won’t let them get married.
The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority this week launched what it claims is the first national mainstream tourism television commercial that celebrates same-sex relationships. Separately, an episode of the ABC sitcom “Modern Family” last month featured a gay bachelor party and showcased gay-themed events Las Vegas has to offer.
