Stonewall National Museum turns page with new leader

Rudisill

As it continues growing and changing with the times, the Stonewall National Museum & Archives embarks on the new year with a new leader.

Longtime LGBT advocate Chris Rudisill took over this month as executive director of the Fort Lauderdale-based nonprofit, described as the largest gay library and archive in the United States.

Rudisill, 39, is the former director of LGBT Community Center Services at the Metro Wellness & Community Centers in Tampa and former executive director of St. Pete Pride, the organization behind the annual gay pride celebration in St. Petersburg.
