The festival goes down over Halloween weekend, offering a fun time for the whole family. Kids of all ages rock their best witches, monsters, and zombies costumes on Saturday as they parade around town. However, when night falls in Rehoboth Beach, it’s the queers’ time to shine. Blue Moon Restaurant and Bar hosts its regular drag show, Legends, and everyone’s encouraged to join in the costume fun!
