Who says Pride has to happen in June? Palm Springs saves some of its biggest rainbow celebrations for November, when the desert sunshine makes a pretty fabulous backdrop for a weekend of LGBTQ+ revelry. Palm Springs Pride takes over downtown with a colorful parade, live music, drag performances, DJs, street parties, and a sprawling festival marketplace. The Arenas District keeps the party going, while Palm Canyon Drive fills with thousands of visitors celebrating community, visibility, and equality. Best of all, the festival and parade are free. Bring your sunscreen, your shortest shorts, and plenty of Pride.
