Palm Springs

Palm Springs

A legendary playground for the rich and famous that included late greats such as Frank Sinatra and his Rat Pack, Palm Springs offers lodgings for every budget and diversions for all persuasions from golf to Gay parades and events and, in the next couple of years, the area will greet a host of new places to swing and play with one dedicated to the entitled new generation. Hotel are scheduled to start popping up next spring with the launch of ARRIVE– could this be an indication that the economy is really improving?

According to Greater Palm Springs, ARRIVE Palm Spring, a 32-room contemporary hotel from Ezra Callahan of Facebook fame, designed by Chris Pardo, will feature an open floor plan, a luxurious wet room and an abundance of natural light. More than half of the room will have private patios facing the pool, with outdoor fireplaces and daybeds. Collaborator Knitting Factory Entertainment (KFE), which features live music venues in cities such as Brooklyn, Los Angeles and Spokane, will create a series of poolside music events at ARRIVE Palm Springs throughout the year.
