LGBT groups all over the globe have spent many years creating events that support our community. Few things compare to the Club Skirts Dinah Shore Weekend in Palm Springs – the largest lesbian event in the world — which will celebrate its 25th anniversary April 1-5.
The Dinah started 25 years ago as a one-night affair in a Palm Springs museum with roughly 1,500 participants. Today, The Dinah has exploded into a major destination event that includes top-notch locations, luxurious hotels and incredible entertainers.
Mariah Hanson came up with the idea to give the lesbian community something to be proud of, and The Dinah has been going strong ever since.
