Farley’s Bookshop

Crammed, crowded, and overflowing with knowledge on everything, just like your favorite independent bookstore should be! Located right on the waterfront of the Delaware River, Farley’s Bookshop boasts an impressive heritage and an even more impressive history. This charming shop in New Hope was established back in 1967 by the Farley family, with a little help from famous Pennsylvania pals, Mr. Rogers and author James Michener. Can you believe it?

The shop, housed in a building that dates all the way back to the turn of the 19th century, recently changed hands and is now under the ownership of four of its long-time employees. Talk about keeping it in the family!
