What gay doesn’t love a sale?

Farley’s Bookshop

Google Rating
4.4

Crammed, crowded, and overflowing with knowledge on everything, just like your favorite independent bookstore should be! Located right on the waterfront of the Delaware River, Farley’s Bookshop boasts an impressive heritage and an even more impressive history. This charming shop in New Hope was established back in 1967 by the Farley family, with a little help from famous Pennsylvania pals, Mr. Rogers and author James Michener. Can you believe it? The shop, housed in a building that dates all the way back to the turn of the 19th century, recently changed hands and is now under the ownership of four of its long-time employees. Talk about keeping it in the family!

God Save The Qweens

God Save the Qweens is an independently owned punk store that’s all about bringing you unique clothing and music you definitely won’t find at your local big box Hot Topic. We’re talking original Made In England Dr. Martens and, get this, it’s the official HQ of Ween! Yeah, that band behind “Homo Rainbow” is actually from New Hope, PA and they’re known to kick back and hang out here. So if you’re looking for something totally rad and one-of-a-kind, this is the place to be.

Peddler’s Village

Google Rating

The mall meets the colonies at this outdoor shopping area. Peddler’s Village has over 70 shops, restaurants, other things to keep you busy and spending.

Love Saves the Day

Google Rating
4.5

This former corner store in New York City’s East Village, back in the hippie days (notice the initials), was the creative playground of the late artist Leslie Herson. Now, they proudly embrace their uniqueness in New Hope. And hey, even though the staff acts like they own the place, once you get past the attitudes, you can score some awesome used, vintage, and downright bizarre clothes.

Gallery Piquel

Google Rating
4.9

This awesome gallery has contemporary paintings and sculptures from talented artists all over the world—including Bucks County. They even have a second gallery across the river in Lambertville, New Jersey. So, if you’re looking to add some flare to your walls, this is the place to be. Trust me, every bare wall needs a little something-something.
