If you love the thrill of a roller coaster, head to Best Gay Chicago’s “Out in the Park” — a private LGBTQ night at Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, Illinois (Chicago’s northern suburb).
This private event, reserved exclusively for the LGBTQ community, takes place from 8 p.m. to midnight and includes dance parties and live performances in addition to access to all the rides. Ticket sales are capped at 5,000 and cost $46 (parking is free), with a portion of sales benefiting a to-be-named non-profit organization chosen by Best Gay Chicago.
