Who says Valentine’s Day needs candlelit dinners and overpriced roses? Gay8 Festival, pronounced Gay Ocho, brings a different kind of love to Little Havana, celebrating LGBTQ+ Latino culture with live music, dancing, art, food, and plenty of Miami personality.
The festivities take over Calle Ocho, where local artists, performers, and food vendors come together for a colorful celebration of diversity and community. Expect Latin rhythms, cultural experiences, and more than a few opportunities to practice your salsa moves.
It’s a chance to experience another side of Miami, where LGBTQ+ pride meets Latin heritage. Come hungry, wear comfortable shoes, and save room for a little dancing.
