The NGPA Palm Springs Winter Warm-Up brings LGBTQ+ pilots, aviation professionals, and airplane enthusiasts together for four days of networking, socializing, and a little high-altitude flirting in Palm Springs.
Hosted by the National Gay Pilots Association, the weekend includes an aviation expo, poolside gatherings, a hangar party, a gala, and a drag brunch. You don’t need to fly a plane to appreciate the company, although knowing your way around a cockpit probably helps.
It’s part professional gathering, part gay getaway, and a chance to make connections that go well beyond the departure gate.
