New York knows how to put on a show, but Out-FRONT! Festival isn’t interested in playing by the usual rules. This annual celebration of LGBTQ+ and feminist artists brings boundary-pushing dance, performance art, and film to Manhattan, with plenty of room for the unexpected.
Presented by Pioneers Go East Collective, the festival spotlights emerging voices and unconventional storytelling at venues including Danspace Project and Judson Memorial Church. Expect bold ideas, experimental movement, and performances that might leave you questioning everything except your decision to attend.
Explore the lineup on the official Out-FRONT! Festival website, then discover where to eat, drink, and play between performances in our New York City gay travel guide.
